Entry # 6

Hey I back for my 6 entry of not eating meat I still haven't ate any meat for my ten day challenge here  are so more examples of not eating meat. But with this energy and these accomplishments came the idea that my diet, by virtue of being plant-based, was exempt from traditional sports nutrition rules. I concluded that we don’t need nearly as much protein as the people in charge would have us believe. 😜 ok I know that meat is a risk of cancer but even thought I do eat meat I haven't ate meat at all for ten days. Entry # 5

Hey I back peoples, well as you know that gave you some examples about not eating meat but this time I will show you some pictures. And I hope these pictures help me with my ten day challenge of not eating meat.


      

We should not be eating meat because we are killing the animals that need to be liveing to not just us that is why I choose not to eat meat for ten days. That what I got for now see you guys in my next entry number 6.

Entry # 4

Hey I am back and I will be telling you more about my ten day challenge. To remaind you about my challenge it is not eating meat well I been doing pretty good on it. It is pretty challengeing to go without meat for ten days but it is not hard for me. Here are some example of eating meat a lot.
  1. Higher Body Weight – Meat eaters tend to consume more fat which often results in increased body fat levels.
  2. Higher Cholesterol – Meat eaters usually consume more bad fats which results in higher cholesterol levels.
  3. Higher Blood Pressure – The fats in meat tend to clog up your arteries which results in higher blood pressure.
  4. Higher Chance of Terminal Diseases – A British study that tracked 6,000 vegetarians and 5,000 meat eaters for 12 years found that meat eaters were 40 percent more likely to die from cancer and 20 percent more likely to die from other diseases.

Entry # 3

Hey I would like tell you about my ten day challenge and it is going very well I haven't broken my challenge of no eating meat. Lower risk of kidney and gallstones. The calcium leached from the bones by the body's efforts to neutralize the acids produce by too much protein intake can end up forming kidney stones and gall stones. It can also cause cancer if you eat a lot of meat you should not eat to much meat. It is not hard to not eat meat for ten days. Lastly I will tell you more about my challenge.😀



Entry # 2

I would like to talk about my second day of  my ten day challenge of not eating meat.  Well it is not hard  to not eat meat of ten days, another thing is that once I went a month without eating meat because I did not like it. Well if I wanted to eat meat I won't be doing this as my ten day challenge but. Lower risk of cancer. The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has reported that vegetarians are less likely to get cancer by 25 to 50 percent.  But you don't have to be a vegetarian even though you like eating meat. Thanks and I will tell you more in my third entery.😏

Entry # 1

Hi I'm Beth, I would like to talk about my ten day challenge, my ten day challenge is not eating meat and I my going to try to NOT EAT MEAT! I have been eating meat my whole life so I would like to chill and STOP eating meat all the time.😜 I wanna try this because I don't want to eat meat that's greasy. I don't really like eating all the time and it can make you sometimes sick if you eat meat with grease  in it. As you can see, that I will not eat meat for my ten day challenge and if I do I will blog it if I brake the challenge. I'm on my fifth day for my ten day challenge.
